Atlantic City, New Jersey Mayor Marty Small waived his first appearance on witness tampering criminal charges that have been filed by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.

In addition to the criminal witness tampering charges, Small and his wife, La’Quetta were previously indicted by an Atlantic County Grand Jury on numerous child abuse charges between the two of them.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office initially direct charged the two Smalls’, along with Atlantic City High School Principal Constance Days-Chapman.

All three were subsequently indicted by an Atlantic County Grand Jury.

You can expect the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office to present Marty Small before an Atlantic County Grand Jury regarding the witness tampering charges.

Marry Small is facing the new witness tampering charges for allegedly asking his minor-aged daughter to lie about how she received a head injury that required a visit to a local hospital.

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small is criminally charged with:

  • 3rd degree aggravated assault
  • 3rd degree terroristic threats
  • disorderly persons simple assault.
  • witness tampering.

La'Quetta Small also faces serious child abuse criminal charges as follows:

  • 2nd degree endangering the welfare of a child.
  • 3 separate counts of disorderly persons simple assault.

CONSTANCE DAYS-CHAPMAN is criminally charged with:

  • second-degree Official Misconduct.
  • third-degree Hindering Apprehension of
  • Another.
  • fourth-degree Obstruction of Justice.
  • disorderly persons Failure to Report Child Abuse.

Days-Chapman has previously been suspended from her position as principal of Atlantic City high school

The City of Atlantic City has been faltering while these three senior officials are dealing with a myriad of criminal charges.
