Ciattarelli Campaign Did Not Doxx Sherrill In NJ Governor’s Race

Allegations have been made that the Jack Ciattarelli campaign for Governor of New Jersey has doxxed Mikie Sherrill regarding her military records that have been made public.

The allegation is provably false.

The Facts

• Nicholas DeGregorio, who is a private citizen, submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
• The DeGregorio request asked for "all publicly releasable information from the Official Military Personnel File (OMPF)" of Sherrill, from her time in the United States Navy.
• Sherrill is currently a member of the United States House of Representatives.
• The National Archives and Records Administration released more than 80 pages of Sherrill military records to DeGregorio.
• The National Archives and Records Administration later confirmed that it sent more information than is permitted by law.
• The Ciattarelli campaign did not request for DeGregorio to make a request for copies of Sherrill’s military records.
• The Ciattarelli campaign formally responded to Sherrill’s attorneys in a formal letter to Sherrill's attorneys … stating that they had no role in the Freedom of Information request.
• "The campaign did not request that Mr. De Gregorio submit a FOlA, he did so on his own," according to the letter.
• Ciattarelli campaign strategist Chris Russell has confirmed that: "Those individuals in possession of the materials were advised not to disseminate it and did not disseminate it anywhere since that time,"

Conclusion

A private citizen … not The Ciattarelli for Governor campaign made the request for the Sherrill military documents.

Therefore, the Ciattarelli campaign for Governor can not be held responsible for doing so.

However …

The reality is that there was a serious cheating (1992-1994) scandal that directly touches Sherrill … who was not permitted to walk with her graduating class in 1994.

Sherrill is somehow blaming President Trump and Jack Ciattarelli.

Instead, Sherrill should approve for the release of all documents regarding this scandal that are in her military records.

The New Jersey public can then sort the whole thing out prior to Election Day.
