The fast-casual restaurant chain PDQ in Cherry Hill, which opened around 2016, closed its doors back in November of 2023 and has been sitting vacant along Haddonfield Road.  Now it is set to open its doors again as a popular fast food spot that hasn't opened a new spot in the area since the 1980s.

PDQ is down to one New Jersey location in Marlton at 745 Route on Route 73 South.

Grand Opening Coming This Spring

Roy Rogers announced back in December that they would be making a comeback to South Jersey at 614 Haddonfield Road. in Cherry Hill, and is planning to be open by the end of spring.

What’s on the Menu?

This 300-square-foot location will feature a drive-thru, dine-in, and takeout options. Menu favorites will include:

  • The Double-R-Bar Burger (featuring a slice of ham on top)

  • Quarter-pound cheeseburgers

  • Fried chicken

  • Classic roast beef sandwiches

Most of the Roy Rogers that I have seen are located at a rest stop, but this will be a free-standing building with the ability to eat in or take out.

Roy Rogers in New Jersey

It will be the third Roy Rogers in the state, with one in Brick, NJ at 72 Brick Boulevard and the other being in Pine Beach, NJ at 120 Atlantic City Boulevard.
